Restoring Stability When Life Feels Unsteady
Being of Service Continuity Care provides licensed, non-medical home assistance services for adults and seniors who want to remain independent while restoring stability and peace of mind.
We focus on continuity, oversight, and clear communication—because most challenges at home don’t begin as emergencies. They begin as small disruptions, missed details, or growing uncertainty.
Our role is to notice those changes early and support everyday life before things escalate.
Why We Exist
Many families find themselves in a difficult middle ground.
Their loved one:
Isn’t ready for medical care or assisted living
Doesn’t need constant supervision
But does need consistency, structure, and someone paying attention
Traditional options often fall short:
Hourly helpers focus on tasks, not the bigger picture
Large agencies rotate caregivers and fragment communication
Families are left worrying, guessing, and reacting
Being of Service Continuity Care was created to fill this gap—with calm, consistent, non-medical support and clear accountability.
Our Continuity Care Approach
Continuity Care means more than showing up.
It means:
A consistent provider, not rotating staff
Ongoing awareness of routines and patterns
Proactive, non-medical oversight
Clear communication with families or trusted contacts
One point of accountability
This approach allows small changes to be noticed early and addressed
thoughtfully—before they become crises.

Leadership & Oversight
Craig Foster
Founder & Agency Director
Being of Service Continuity Care is founder-led and agency-directed. As Founder & Agency Director, Craig personally oversees operations, compliance, service delivery, and quality assurance. He remains the primary point of accountability for families—ensuring continuity never gets diluted as support expands. Craig brings experience from structured, regulated environments where attention to detail, documentation, and accountability are essential. That background informs the way this agency operates: thoughtfully, clearly, and with intention.
Families value knowing who is responsible—and that responsibility remains with the Agency Director.
Our Philosophy
We believe:
Consistency builds trust
Small details matter
Prevention is better than reaction
Independence should be supported, not rushed away
Families deserve clarity, not constant worry
We don’t aim to do everything.
We aim to do the right things, consistently and well.
Who We’re Best For
We work best with individuals and families who:
Value consistency over one-off visits
Prefer prevention over crisis response
Want clear communication and accountability
Are seeking non-medical, supportive care—not clinical services
If that sounds like you, we’re likely a good fit.
A Note on Scope
Being of Service Continuity Care provides licensed, non-medical home assistance services only.
We do not provide medical care, personal care requiring clinical licensure, or skilled nursing services.
Clear boundaries protect our clients, our staff, and the integrity of our work.
